7. Recruiter & Employer Responsibilities

- Avoid misleading job advertisements.
- Avoid unauthorized data collection.
CareerHub reserves the right to remove any recruiter or company found engaging in unethical hiring practices.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Impersonate another individual or organization.
- Upload malicious files.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Scrape or harvest platform data.
- Send spam messages.
- Publish misleading job opportunities.
- Sell platform access.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension without prior warning.

10. Resume, Documents & Uploaded Content
Users are solely responsible for content they upload.

11. No Employment Guarantee

Approval on the platform does not guarantee professional opportunities. Similarly, recruiter approval does not guarantee candidate availability or response.
